AC Service & Recharge

An AC that blows warm is usually low refrigerant, and low refrigerant is usually a leak. We find the leak first, then recharge — otherwise you are back in three weeks.

AC Service & Recharge

What to expect

Recharge and leak detection

We evacuate the system, pull a vacuum to confirm it holds, and recharge to the manufacturer's spec. If it does not hold, we trace the leak with dye or electronic sniffer before we put refrigerant in it.

Compressor, condenser and blower

Compressor replacement, clutch and pulley work, condenser and evaporator service, and blower motor and resistor repair when the air moves but never gets cold.

Heat and defrost too

The same system runs your defroster. If your windows fog and will not clear, that is a heater core, blend door or blower problem — we handle all three.

Beat the first hot week

Every shop in East Tennessee is slammed the first 90-degree week of the year. Check your AC in the spring and you will not be sitting in a hot car in July.
